Bills in Florida must pass through both chambers before being considered by Governor DeSantis.  Some bills still require companions in the Florida House of Representatives.

The Florida Legislature has the opportunity to improve the patient experience in Florida and address the attacks on civil rights embodied by cannabis prohibition.  We need our citizens to mobilize and engage their elected officials if we wish to see progress in the Sunshine State.
