Think you can roll the best blunts? Are your joints hitting?
Compete with contestants far and wide to determine who will roll the Best Blunt in the Bay.
Contestants will compete in a series of qualifying events featuring three different rolling styles culminating in a grand finale of the winners and top three composite scorers. The winner of the grand finale will take home the title of Best Blunt in the Bay.
Event 1: Hemp Wraps
Entries will be judged on form, burn, and overall aesthetic value on a scale of 1-10
Event 2: Papers
Entries will be judged on form, burn, and overall aesthetic value on a scale of 1-10
Event 3: Tobacco Leaf
Entries will be judged on form, burn, and overall aesthetic value on a scale of 1-10
Grand Finale: Freestyle
Entries will be judged on aesthetic value, burn, and creativity on a scale of 1-10
Tie-breaker: Speed Round
Sudden death speed round will clock each entry separately, assessing penalty points allotted for poor form, poor burn, and ugly blunts.
General Admission is complimentary for all Suncoast NORML members with ID or proof of membership.

All materials utilized in the competition are legally sourced hemp products under the 2018 omnibus federal farm bill; Congress de-scheduled hemp (as defined as cannabis plants with less than 0.3% Δ-9-THC) and cannabinoids derived from these plants from the Controlled Substance Act.
